Please read this Policy carefully to understand the principles and practices we apply to your personal data and how we handle it. When you use a website or application PASCAL Labthat you call PASCAL Lab or you provide us with your personal information in any other way (collectively "Contact"), you agree to this Policy. In general, we are committed to our customers' right to privacy and recognize the importance of protecting the information we collect about them.
1. Policy Acceptance and Consent
When you contact PASCAL Lab, regardless of the methods and means used, we are likely to collect a certain amount of information about you.
The Policy applies in all cases where you contact us, regardless of the method or means used. It details the terms under which we collect, use and store information about you and the choices you have regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data.
Each time you contact us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to abide by it and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You also acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use that apply to our website.
The fact that you contact us constitutes valid consent to any data processing as described and detailed in this Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time and request that we stop processing your data and/or delete it, which shall not affect the validity of any processing carried out previously. Please note that we may also process your personal data under another legal basis, in particular to ensure the proper functioning of our websites when you access them.
If you do not agree to this Policy or do not provide us with certain personal data that we need (which we will inform you of where appropriate, for example by clearly displaying this information on our registration forms), (a) you should not use our websites or applications - we may not be able to provide you with our services.
What are the sources of your personal data?
This Policy applies to personal data that we collect from or about you from the sources listed below.
- PASCAL Lab. websites pages that we manage on third party social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
- E-mails, text messages and other electronic messages. Electronic communications between you and PASCAL Lab (collectively the "Electronic Messages").
- PASCAL Lab events and PASCAL Lab offices, counters or stands at trade fairs and events, in particular through questionnaires, surveys or forms that you answer.
- Other sources, as appropriate, including publicly available information and through the use of surveillance cameras.
2. What personal data do we collect?
Depending on both (i) the services provided by PASCAL Lab that you use and (ii) the source from which the personal data processed originates and (iii) your choices and the configuration of your terminal (in particular with regard to cookies and other tracking devices), the following personal data may be collected and processed by PASCAL Lab.
a. Data you provide
When you contact us, we may ask you to provide personal information such as :
- your name,
- your mailing address,
- your e-mail address,
- your phone number,
- your preferences and interests,
- your date of birth.
The personal data that are indispensable to us for the purposes described in this Policy (see Article 5) are indicated by an asterisk on the various pages of the Websites and/or mentioned as required when you contact PASCAL Lab. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields and do not otherwise provide us with this information, PASCAL Lab may not be able to process your requests and/or provide you with the products and services requested. The other personal data that you communicate to us are purely optional and allow us to get to know you better and to improve our communications and services accordingly.
We may also collect data from publicly available sources; such data will be deemed to have been provided by you.
E-mail address We may use your email address to send you our newsletter or other email messages relating to our products, in particular to inform you of any new products or services that may be of interest to you. You can at any time request to no longer receive our newsletters or emails by following the link provided at the end of each newsletter.
Data contained in electronic messages When you send us an e-mail message, we may retain the information contained in that e-mail message, in particular in order to process your requests or to provide you with assistance.
b. Data collected in connection with the use of our Websites or through e-mail messages
When you access, view or browse our Websites, or when you receive and/or respond to our emails, the web server automatically records details of your access and actions. This includes information about your activity and interaction with our Websites and/or e-mail messages, such as your IP address, device, browser, the web page you visited before coming to our Websites and the identifiers associated with your devices, as well as login information. This information allows us to analyse how users access and use our Websites and to monitor the performance of our Websites and any services offered on or through our Websites.
Location data your devices (depending on your configuration settings) may transmit location data to us, in particular via our Websites. We use this information to customize, improve and protect our Websites. For example, we may use your localization data to determine local language preferences, or to geolocalize a publication.
Hypertext links to third party sources or websites hypertext links: we may provide hypertext links on our Websites leading to third party sources or websites. We do not control and cannot be held responsible for the content or personal data practices of these third party sites. Cookies and similar technologies : All this information and data is collected automatically, in particular by means of cookies (tracking and performance cookies, functional cookies, technical cookies, browser cookies, etc.) and web beacons (see Article 3). We also use Google analytics (see Article 4).
c. Data collected on social networks
When you allow third party social networks (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to share information and data with us, we may receive all data that you publicly share on the social network in question as well as your profile information that you allow to be shared by the social network (name, email address, gender, profile picture, user ID, list of friends or contacts, etc.).
We also receive profile information when you use a social network feature on our Websites or interact with us through a social network. You must keep yourself informed of the terms of use and privacy policy that apply to third party social networks and for which they are solely responsible.
3. Cookies

4. Google Analytics

5. How do we use your personal data?

Your personal data are processed by PASCAL Lab and will not be passed on to any other third party without your explicit consent..
8. Security measures
We strictly apply the principles of data protection intentionally and by default and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep the processing of your data to a minimum and ensure its security. In particular, and by default, we only process personal data that is necessary for the specific purpose of the processing and all access to your personal data is limited to what is required for the purposes detailed in Article 5 of this Policy.
More specifically, payment transactions made with your payment details are encrypted using SSL technology..
9. Your choices
We are committed to allowing you to make choices about the personal data you provide to us or that is collected about you, including through our Websites. The following mechanisms allow you to control your personal data.
With respect to cookies and similar technologies: you may set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being used, as mentioned in Articles 3 and 4 above.
If you agree to receive information on offers and news from PASCAL Lab, you can indicate this by ticking the appropriate box(es) on the registration form(s) or by answering positively to the question(s) of the representatives of our PASCAL Lab shops.
If you decide that you no longer wish to receive such communications, you may withdraw your consent as follows:

Please note that if you choose to stop receiving marketing communications, you may continue to receive administrative communications from us, such as order confirmations or other transactions, or notifications about your account activity (e.g., account confirmations, password changes, etc.).
10. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data or to request information about the personal data we process about you. For these purposes, you can contact us at mydata@.pascal-lab.ch .
You also have the right to ask us:
- to correct or delete your personal data, or to limit the processing of your data;
- to transfer your data to a third party;
- to stop processing your personal data when such processing is based on your consent and there is no legal basis for us to continue processing your data;
- to stop using your personal data to establish your customer profile; in this case, you will no longer benefit from personalized offers or services;
- to stop sending you information about our offers and news.
Any request for access, correction or deletion must be accompanied by your contact details (telephone number and email address) to mydata@pascal-lab.ch. We may ask you for proof of your identity (copy of an official photo ID showing your date and place of birth).
The request is free of charge, unless your request is unfounded or excessive (e.g. if you have already requested this personal data multiple times in the last twelve months or if the request involves a disproportionate workload). In this case, we may charge you a reasonable fee in accordance with applicable data protection law.
We invite you to contact us if you believe that your personal data has not been processed correctly or if we have not met your requirements.
11. Updating of the Privacy Policy
We may change or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes we make to our Privacy Policy will be effective upon posting the amended Privacy Policy on our Websites.
12. Jurisdiction and applicable law
This Policy and all matters arising out of or relating to the Policy shall be governed by Swiss substantive law, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Any dispute, claim or claim between you and us arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, and each party hereby irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.
